Hi,

Go to Appearance -\> Customize -\> Additional CSS and add this CSS Snippet in it,

```auto
#header .top-header .header-navigation ul li a {
	color: #fff;
}

#header .top-header .header-navigation ul li:hover a {
	color: #ffde00;
}

```
