Changes on Features Section

Hello,

I was wondering how I can change the color of the fontawesome icons in the feature sections?

I was also wondering if I am able to add more than three feature options? If I add another feature sections below my current one the space/gap appears too big.

Thanks for your help!

Hi there

Hope you are having a good day and thank you for your question :slight_smile:

both of your questions are possible, please add another feature and provide a link to your website here, I will create custom CSS for you

Thanks!

Hi there.

I am doing great thanks for asking.

I’m not sure what you mean with add another feature?

My website would be:
https://LegacyTrades.io

Thanks for your help

Oh please do not use https as it’s not setup yet.

http://LegacyTrades.io

Sorry about that

Hi again,

I’d have two more question. Where can I set the widgets sections names so I can properly link them in the menus. Like #about, #service, etc.

Secondly, when I click on one of the menu links the scroll down to the section is surprisingly slow. Am I able to speed that up? In the demo it works faster as well.

Thanks for your help!

Hi,

I was able to change the icon color for the features just the spacing in-between is missing :wink:

Hey there

. “more than three feature options? If I add another feature sections below my current one the space/gap appears too big.” - this is what I’m asking to add 4th feature and then i will try to fix it by custom CSS :slight_smile:

. section names and scroll speed - Unfortunately, you can’t name them because there is no built-in option in the theme to change their names or speed value :frowning:

let me know if you have further questions

Hi there,
Yes I added two features below each other now so that I have in total 6 features. But yes, the Gap is too big as you can see on my website which I mentioned above. Could you give me the custom CSS to reduce the Gap?

Thank you.

Good evening

Ok, please add this code in appearance > customize > additional CSS and let me know if you like it:

#shapely_home_features-8 section {
padding-top: 0px;
}
#shapely_home_features-9 section {
padding-bottom: 0px;
}

Yes that did the trick thanks a lot Noda!

Id have two more questions, the “read more” button on the first page does not work for me did I do something wrong? In the “Button 1 Link” I inserted: “#about” but it appears to not work.

Besides that, am I able to see the back to top button after scrolling to like page one? Right now it appears only when I am at the end of the page.

Thanks again for your help

Good morning dear :slight_smile:

  1. read more - sorry but this will not work :frowning: such links works only in the menu
  2. Yes, this is how it’s designed because when you re at the top of the page there is no reason to show back to the top button… did I miss something with this question?

I’ve seen someone else being able to run read more in button on the same template. Weird.

Back to top works on your website here the same way as I mentioned it. It pops up way before the end of the page.

Hello

This is our demo and back to top button is at the bottom of the page:
