Changing dutch name "thoughts on"

Hello,
I would like to change the dutch translation of “thoughts on”. Besides that i would like to remove the numbers before the reactions on the blog, is that possible?

Do you want to translate the text “thoughts on” in dutch?

If yes then you can try doing that as described on the below page.

Do you mean before the comments?

Please find attached an example of an reaction with a number in front. (reaction number 3).
Is it possible to remove these numbers?

You can try removing that number by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS option of your theme on the below path.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Travelify Other Options

    list-style: none;
}

I have now created a translation document nl_NL.po but i have no clue where to put it? Where can I find " wp-config.php file located at your WordPress installation root folder"?
Besides that, is it also possible to change some English translations?

I am not sure what you meant by it so please describe it a bit more in detail.
