changing font of comment header

Hi,

after i was able to change the size (fonts) of all the headers in the content area there is one problem left.
The font of the header in the comment area is to big. Where can i change this an also the size of the send comment button ?

You should also change these title classes. First one is for title above comments and second one is for “Leave a reply” section of comments.
