Changing Page Title Font and Color

I am trying to change page title font and color for my web, but fail.
I want to change it into “Lobster Two” and the color is gold (#fce016). Please help. Thank you.

Thank you, it works perfectly. Although I cannot change the font into Lobster Two ( I dont know why it would not work), but I manage to change the font into some other Cursive one …Thanks very much
