Chinese Simplified (zh_CN) translation for Sparkling

There’s no Chinese Simplified translation for Sparkling. So I translated it myself.
Just download, put them in /wp-content/themes/sparkling/languages/ and enjoy it.

Sparkling这个主题没有简体中文翻译，于是PO主就自己翻译了下
用法嘛，解压然后把’zh_CN.po’跟’zh_CN.mo’丢到’你的WordPress目录/wp-content/themes/sparkling/languages/’下就行
