Clyde Scroll down issue on moble

Hi,
I was purchased Clyde Template. I just noticed that on a mobile, one can not scroll down and must use the menu to go to a section of the homepage. Then the scrolling works. Is there a way to fix this so it is allowed to scroll when you first open the Website instead of having to use the menu?
