Comment Notification Not Working

I have stopped receiving emails for each comment made on my blog.

    I checked my SPAM folder, and they're not there. I double-checked the settings, and the "Email me whenever" boxes are still checked, and my email (gmail account) is still listed correctly. I tried deactivating all of my plugins and posting a comment, but I still did not receive an email.

Any suggestions?

Are you getting other email messages from your site like user registration?

If not then could you please try using the following plugin that allows you to configure and send all outgoing emails via a SMTP server.
