I’m trying to paginate my comments in the Sparkling theme, but when I change Wordpress settings to showing 10 comments per page, no arrows or previous/next links are shown with the comments.
Here is an example showing the 10 latest comments: http://www.bageglad.dk/verdens-bedste-brownies/
How can I show pagination numbers like on my blog roll: http://www.bageglad.dk

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Sparkling theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Please make sure you are using latest version of theme and if you have configured WordPress settings to showing 10 comments per page then the posts should have more than 10 comments to display pagination.

Is it possible to replace the label “older comments” with actual pagination with page numbers, like on the homepage?
Yes it is possible but for that you have to develop custom code.
