Contact 7 not working on home page

I have contact form 7 enabled on the home page. However, users are unable to fill out the form.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

the only thing i added to the template was the recaptcha.

Hello rhrebel,

It seems like the ReCaptcha is causing the malfunction, so you might want to disable it until I do further investigation on how to fix this.
