Initially I was trying to edit the home page and upload media however I couldn’t upload anything - big or small. I contacted my domain provider who responded to say this was an issue with the theme and not on their end. Now I cannot view/access my website at all.
Any support would be much appreciated. My domain is www.smmbysophie.com

Hope you are having a good day and thank you for your question
Log in to your site from the hosting account and temporary rename shapely theme folder in: home/cindyame/public_html/smmbysophie.com/wp-content/themes
once you do this you will be able to access your website after this functions.php file must be checked in shapely theme, its also possible to delete the theme folder and then install it again (Make sure you don’t have any modifications in the theme files)
