Counter not displaying on any browser or mobile

Hi there,

It has taken me almost 2 weeks to get my site looking how I want it to, and finally after publishing it I’ve noticed that the counter section doesn’t display on any browser (Chrome, Safari, Explorer) or on mobile.
I’ve looked at previous threads which say to delete and re-add them which I’ve done but this hasn’t worked.

It doesn’t display anything, is just an empty white space. Not image or background - nothing!

I’m on the latest version of everything.
I also have made sure I have a static home page.

Please can you advise?

Kindly add and save the following code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

#counter .counter-overlay{
   display:block!important;
}
