Create 3 block image row on Landing page which links to other created pages

Hi is there any way I can create a 3 block image in a row on the home/landing page under the navigation (I currently have the parallax scrolling image) that will link to other pages when clicked. Page is IMAcorporate.co.uk

Sorry but there is no such widget to replicate the designe you want to have, probably this is possible but with custom work
