Create a carousel in the sidebar

Currently on my website i have text links in my sidebar. I want to make it a carousel though so i can have 3 or 4 pages of links. I want the carousel indicators at the bottom and for them to be circular.

Sorry, but this is not only about html code, custom css, JS or Jquery is also required here, but my suggestion is also to find a third party plugin for such functions, what i can say for sure is that without heavy custom work you cant achieve the same function only with the theme
