Is it possible to add a CTA underneath the Services texts? It would be great to direct the user to more information about each service, otherwise it is a bit to short to say much. Happy for it to be a box (like in the jumbotron) or simply text based.

From what I understand, you are looking for something similar to the latest news section button for the blog page?
You could achieve this by doing some custom work and replicating the news section button inside the services, or more friendly by adding an extra text widget to the services that would include the syntax and styling for a button.
I will track this request nonetheless and will considerate adding this in the future.
