My custom fonts, margins etc changed after a recent update.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It depends on how you are using the custom CSS code in your site.
If you add it in the custom CSS option of the theme on the following path then it persists after theme updation.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Travelify Other Options
If you make changes in the theme file then you have to make these changes again after theme updation as changes made in the theme files get lost on theme updation.
