Hi,

First of all thanks for this amazing theme!
Its absolutely perfect!

I’m trying the configure my webpage like this theme nevertheless since I’m a wordpress newbie I’m having some difficulties. Can someone give me a brief tutorial please? I would be much appreciated.

Yes you are right they have created using different shapely theme widgets.

Hello,

I am trying to do the same thing as the original poster.

I have followed your instructions exactly and sadly it is not working, I have my home page sitting at the top of the screen, with only a part of my photo showing as the parralax below, on the left side of the screen.

any help is greatly appreciated.

@Movin can you give me some hints on how to achieve the “What our customer say section”? I’ve added some dummy comments on my WP and would like to have it like in the Shapely demo!

I think this will have to wait. I saw that for this section and portfolio I need to have jetpack activated. I can’t do this still.
Can you help me on another issue please. I want to play a intro video on the first page but showing a popup youtube window on the same page. I use the widget “Parallax Section for frontage”, create the bottom and paste de link, which I created using several youtube embed plugins. Unfortunately I can’t get this to work. Each time I hit save either the link get deleted or it gets a http:\ and it loads youtube webpage leaving my website.

Is there a way to do this in Shapely?
