I’m trying to post blogs through my Posts page to the Blog that I’ve set up (Settings>Reading/Writing) and yet the blog posts are A) not allowing me to format the look of the page no matter what I do and B) showing the Posts, but then showing a Nothing Found! section underneath that.
Please help, I’m losing my mind trying to figure this out.

I’m looking to get a gridded blog page more similar to my Portfolio page (http://mattburkephoto.com/portfolio/) where each Gallery will contain a wedding/session, and not a broad overview like the Portfolio page.

This is how the set blog page displays and not like your portfolio page.
To display it like your portfolio page, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Activello theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here.
