Appearance > about Illdy > Plugins.
If you do, try disabling any other third party plugin you may have installed and test the customization options once more.

You did not have to uninstall the plugin, we just needed to ensure it was installed but you should have deactivated the plugins that did not come with the theme to see if one of them was causing a conflict.
