Whenever I set any of the settings in customizer, it reverts back to jibbrish as soon as i refresh or leave the page. The settings also revert back to default. This time i was able to save an image but not the way i put it in the customizer. This makes every customization i do a waste of time. This is my 3rd time resetting the site and having revert back to nothing. Please help!

In this case, could you try deactivating any third-party plugins you have in place as advised in the previous ticket and check whether the issue is resolved. If so, try reactivating them one by one to identify the conflicting plugin. Also ensure that your PHP version is higher than version 5.6.
