Customizing options are empty/blank on Contact Us section

Hi,

As you can see on my attached pic, customizing options (General/Details) are empty/blank on Contact Us section.

I’m using:
Wordpress Version 4.9.2
Illdy Version: 2.0.5

Can you help me, please.
