Demo content install error

Hi, I have recently downloaded the Shapely theme, and when I try to install the demo content, it constantly loads an error page.

I have read about increasing data size etc, and it’s currently very high so I do not believe that to be the issue.

I have also tried installing the data with the twentyfiften and twentysixteen themes active, but still no joy.

Is there any alternative methods to try?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, thank you very much for your response.

I have attached 2 images of the error I receive… the first attachment is the first page that loads, which is a generic error page, and the second attachment is when I click back, which gives a more accurate answer.

However, the post_max_size & upload_max_filesize are both set to 256 MB, so I don’t think that is the issue.

I followed the documentation url you supplied, but the same issue persists.

Yeah sure… the file name was ‘shapely-demo.xml’
