# Demo import not completing

hello

i am tryig to import the demo for my mitech theme but it’s stuck on 0% for 24 hour  
i have hosting from siteground , we changed the **vars** and **max\_execution\_time** but still not working.

is there any other solutions ( i’m not a programmer 🙂 )

What is the name of the theme? I believe you are installing HTML website template in the WordPress, please verify
