Hi there I recently paid for a membership. I download this template. https://colorlib.com/preview/#dente

but it does not work in word press. the Support team at wordpress told me to contact you to make sure the most recent format is being used for wordpress and to have the correct files in it. Could you help me fix this so i can use the template.

Its an HTML template and you cant install it as a WordPress theme, you can use it as a html template but its not a wordpress theme
