I want to make a new template, because I have to include a menu for business customers. How is this possible? It’s also not very easy to make a new template, because the header is not define very easily.
Can someone help me out?

I am not sure what you meant by “to include a menu for business customers” but you can create a new custom template as described on the following pages.
