Is there anyway to have a read more tag that is different to the original Read More tag seen in other threads for specific articles. My website sometimes has reviews which sometimes have spoilers in, and I’d like to have a Read More tag that also serves as a spoiler tag so it does not have to be in the main article.
I appreciate any help that you can give.

Well, the read more tag is currently a button with the text read more on it. I’d like to know if there is a way to change the text on the read more button, in some form of setting like how you can do <!–more Keep on reading!–> to make the read more text: Keep on reading! That code does not work on posts.
I only use regular posts, my website is GeekyBanter.com
