Different size of featured images

Hi, just another question: I have the same problem like her:

My featured images are once cropped and once shown in original size. I tried the mentioned Plugins, but they didn’t work. Why are some photos cropped? The have originally the same size …

What can I do to have all featured images in orignial size shown?
