Difficulty with Setting Up the demo version

Hi.
In order to make my site looking like the demo version, I should follow the below pattern:

Appearance>>About Shapely>>Recommended actions

Right? and then we should click the “I want to my site look like demo” button.
The mentioned button doesn’t appear for me just like the attached picture.

What should I do? What’s the problem?
