Hello, I am loving the theme so far but we are having an issue where IE 11 users are only seeing the mobile version of the site. CSS changes have no effect on it. In the IE 11 console I can toggle between versions and it appears correctly in everything above 8. But for some reason by default it goes to the mobile version.
Is there a simple way to disable the mobile view altogether to get around the problem?

Is the following demo site displaying fine for you on Internet explorer browser?
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
