How can I disable the main, home Tyche page? I want to use my own page template (Dashboard/Pages/Page Attributes/Template). I must change some php file? Which and what I must delete?

You can just create a new page, use your template and then set that page as a homepage from WordPress dashboard > setting > reading and from here you can choose your newly created page from the drop-down box as a homepage
