Each time i create a new Page (not post) it gets inserted into the menu which i don’t want to happen. How can i stop this. In “appearance”, “menu” , “menu structure” i have the “Automatically add new pages” unchecked so why does it keep adding it to the menu?

This is strange, please ensure that you have this setting disabled for all of your menus and save the menus.

i only have one menu, and each time i create a new page it gets added and shows on the top of my website.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused here.
I have been testing this issue on my end and I cannot replicate it however after looking at the image again, you do not have the menu assigned to a menu location. Please check the “Primary Menu” checkbox and save the menu then tell me if that helped.
