Downloaded theme is failed to upload in wordpress

Downloaded Template are not uploaded to wordpress while upload it’s shoe failed like css files are missed.

Hi there

if you uploaded an HTML template into WordPress it will not work for sure because HTML templates will not work in WordPress, this is impossible.
