I’ve created a menu with two levels, which works perfectly on desktop view. However, when I switch to mobile display (with the hamburger menu) the dropdown items no longer appear. When I click on the parent item, nothing happens.
I have the EBS Pro plugin installed and have configured the settings according to the Sparkling theme docs.
I tried de-activating the EBS Pro Plugin and the menu was fixed, so I think this plugin is interfering somehow.
I deactivated all other plugins (except for EBS Pro) and there was no change.
I am working with a network version of wordpress in a local environment, so I cannot provide a URL.
I hope you are well today and thanks for helping out here in this forum.
Your help here is really appreciated.
As @rep24 said please use the option “use from theme or other plugin” in the plugin settings and if you are still facing the problem with it then please make sure that you are using latest versions of plugin and theme and share me your site URL.
This can be child theme issue on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Sparkling theme instead of child theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your child theme issue so just share me your child theme so that i can troubleshoot it.
@FuoriLuogo Have you tried the following that i have suggested?

Yes as I told you yesterday, I deactivated child theme and just activated sparkling theme (taken from github, master version, so even without any bug in theory).

You didn’t mention that you deactivated the child theme.
I really don’t know what to do
It’s working on my test site and our demo site but not on your site so there must be something happening on your site which is causing this issue.
To find out the reason of this issue you can create a test or demo WordPress site on your server and just install the latest version of Sparkling theme on it so that we can check whether it’s working fine on another WordPress site without any plugin and child theme.
I tried creating wordpress multisite in order to create a subdomain test, with only sparkling theme.
I have no permission so error Impossibile trovare il server DNS address di www.test.fuoriluogoasti.com.
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
Anyway, now I have just 1 site in a wordpress multisite.
And now dropdown menu works with sparkling child from mobile.
