Edit Footer

Hi There

When I upgraded my theme last, there were a few problem. Most of which I have managed to fix.
However one of them was that the widget in the footer (footer sidebar 4) shows “support” and other links and I can’t seem to delete the widget as it appears to not exist.

I have attached screenshots.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks
Lorna

Hello there,

I hope you are doing well today.

Please try using the following cache plugin to clear your WordPress cache because WordPress may still be using old caching information:

Hi There

I already have that plugin installed. I just checked, there is no cache stored. I deleted cache anyways just in case something was amiss and still now change.

Any other suggestions?

Kind Regards
Lorna

Hi there,
Thanks for keeping in touch with us.

That’s weird. Please try adding a text widget to that widget area and see if that helps.
I believe when there’s no widget in the area, a default widget is added, so just try that and let me know what happens.

I look forward to your reply
