Edit "Read More" button

Hi, how can i change text “read more” to something else. My blog is not in english…
I tried to find index but cannot find it. Everything else is in my languange except this one “read more” button.

Any ideas?

I am sorry, I used the illdy theme as a reference, please try this instead:

Original string: Read more
Text domain: travelify
Text context: “This can be left empty”
