Enable Public Comment Column/box for Each Post

i have some question here, it seems that there’s no comment box for each post unless the readers logged in.
Is there any way that i have the comment box on my each post so the public can give their comment without logged in to WP’s account first? (considering not all the readers have wp account).

here’s my web address http://awanderlustdiary.com/?p=1295
There’s no column box on the post, the readers must logged in to WP account, while another web (for example here http://wherestrinzi.com/trinzis-favorite-songs-of-2014/ , readers simply can give their comment on the comment box, just by registered their social media identity/email)

Looking forward for your response.
Thank you!

You can enable/disable public comment form via WordPress dashboard >> Settings >> Discussion >> “Users must be registered and logged in to comment”.

In WordPress this options is disabled by default, so you must have enabled it at some point but it’s not a bad deal at all.

Let me know if this helps.

Dear Aigars,

It’s solved. Sorry for not paying attention into details.
Thank you so much for your help!
