ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE after submitting comment

Dear colorlib team,

great theme, thank you so far!! It provides us many positive moments.

One big issue we are facing since the exact beginning of our website, so it is not new.

In 90% of the cases when someone wants to leave us a comment under a post, the following error appears (following the Chrome way of displaying can be seen):


The tierranomada.com page isn’t working

tierranomada.com didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE


I repeat, it is happening since launching the website in August last year. And what I have most problems to understand is that it happens almost to anyone that wants to leave a comment, but some special people indeed are able to leave a comment.

My simple question: How to change that everyone can leave a comment?

If possible to answer: Why some people can leave a comment?

Some short background and further information:

  1. We self-tested it from different devices (three different computers from different IPs, everytime with Chrome, Firefox and IE, always newest updates installed; tablets and several mobile phones) but we never were able to leave a comment, always the same error.
  2. We asked the people that left a comment about their devices, updates etc, but it seemed to be the same story. Some used Chrome, some Firefox, some Windows, some iOS. We did not find any scheme.

I´m slightly disappointed about the service. Well, I know, the theme is for free, but we are still a small blog but if everything goes all right in the near future we´ll need a theme to pay with more functions, so maybe from you guys.

As described, our comments do not work properly, which is a main issue for us. I suppose everyone knows about the importance of comments on a blog, probably better than we do.

There have gone 2 months since your last comment and we still did not get any support. May I ask you to help us please?

I asked you ''Do you still need assistance for it so we can help you?" on March 9 and you replied today on May 4 so it is delay from your site.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Travelify theme.

Please delete Travelify theme on your site and reinstall it.

Also this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
