Fashe Theme Cart Not Working

Hey All,
The cart in the fashe theme is super messed up! When adding a product to the cart, it says the cart is currently empty. Please check out this video https://screenshot.click/14-42-hbvm8-uu1qu.mp4
In addition it does not instantly remove products from cart, when viewing the cart and attempting to remove products, it takes you straight to check out. Super bummed out because this theme is gorgeous however no working cart = no sales.

I was told to open a ticket as when I try to remove something from the cart I am taken to checkout.

However, I dont even know how to open a ticket. Any help?
