It recommends 1018x460px for the page slider photo, yet my photos on the slider don’t completely fill the box (Like in the main page of the travelify demo, how i want them to look). I’m not sure if i need to make them larger or what I’m doing wrong.

I visited your site and found the images in the slider like this http://i1.wp.com/www.globetrottinggoalie.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/dresden-center-germany.jpg are smaller in size than 1018x460px so please set the larger images in the post so that that it wil be displayed full width in the slider.
