Featured Slider on every page?

the featured slider is displayed on the start page and the blog page.
Is it possible to display it also on every other page?

Hi Aigars,

sorry, but I did it like mentioned in the thread you linked: no result. I updated the two files via FileZilla and Wordpad, but nothing changed on the website.
