Font Changes Don't show in IE

I can change fonts in the settings and it works in Chrome or Firefox but not IE.

Which font and IE version are you using?

Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that i can troubleshoot it?

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, this site is a private one behind a firewall, see screenshots. I am using Open Sans 14 Pt, which works well in Chrome and Firefox, but does not display in IE. Instead, IE defaults to what looks like a smaller sized, Times font. I am using IE 11 and Windows 7 Professional.

I am not sure about that IE version but could you please try resolving this issue by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS option of the latest version of Sparkling theme on the below path?

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Sparkling Options -> Other -> Custom CSS

div.entry-content {
    font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif;
}
