how do I change the font colours for the theme? This standard yellow does not really work…
Also I found no place where to change the general page colours (background etc).

Unfortunately, there’s not custom color scheme available in the theme.
The way forward to achieve this is to locate the main.css file on the server and replace the color codes:
https://colorlib.com/illdy/wp-content/themes/illdy/layout/css/main.min.css
As this would require extensive custom work, I cannot fully assist you with this as it falls short of the free support scope.
