Footer (3rd time)

Hi there.

I raised an issue to do with the footer of my site a couple of weeks ago. I have had some response, but no follow up where I have provided extra information and/or a suggested fix has not worked.

December 5, 2017 at 7:42 pm - reply received, responded letting you know this hasn’t worked. No response.
December 13, 2017 at 9:48 am - responded to asking for more info, I provided this, no response received.

There is always a large gap on the right hand side between the right hand edge and footer widget 4 area. Much bigger than on the left hand side between the left hand edge and footer widget 1 area.

The issue seems to be that Footer Widget 2 does not display. I have placed content in this but it still does not display meaning that the other footer widgets are out of alignment.

I have corrected the website, now live, to make it as good as possible but the issue does need to be addressed.

Two weeks have passed since this was raised. Please could you respond with a solution.

I’ve tested the latest version of the theme and the widget section works fine. (see screenshot).
Do you have some sort of custom code in the footer sections that are not displaying?

Can you kindly provide login credentials to your website so we can have a look at the issue for you?
