Unite Theme

Hi all,
I’m new to wordpress, themes etc. I’m trying to create my site and find Unite theme great.
I would kindly ask you how to edit the text in footer. I can add my text (even with link) in Theme options>Footer, but is it possible to delete the “Unite theme powered by WordPress”? If - for copyright reason - it is not eraseable, can I move it left, keeping my text on the right?

I am trying to achieve the same result but is there no way to do this with custom CSS to keep the plugin count down?
