Format of images in slider

Hello,

Is it possible to change the format/size of the images shown in the slider on the homepage?
My featured images are portrait (670 x 1004 px) which naturally doesn’t work well with the slider.
I would like to crop the images in the slider to e.g. width 100% and height 400 px.

You can try achieving this by using the attached custom child theme of Sparkling theme that contains some custom code.
