Formidable Pro problems with Travelify WordPress theme

I am using Formidable Pro in the theme, but there is little conflict in CSS with the theme, the forms no show fine

Can you help me?

I guess you did something wrong when creating forms using “Formidable Forms”. I just tested this plugin and it looks perfect on Travelify theme.

I am not sure what the problem might be but it’s not theme related.
