I want to add a full screen video on the homepage : http://testte.roselamond.com
and vimeo file : https://vimeo.com/311772255
with the text overlaid.
I’ve read other forums and tried adding in css and and tried other plugins but no luck.
The video displays but it is not full screen and the vimeo controls are show up. How can I add a text overlay as well?

Ensure that the video you are using is one of a high resolution as if the video resolution is too low it will not span the with of the screen.
As for the overlay text on the video. You would need to enlist the aid of a third party developer to add the overlay, you can find one here:
