Full width header image (hero image?)

I’m trying to build a page in my site with a full width header image. I’m talking all the way side to side like the Shapley FrontPage Parallax section’ widget does on the home page.

I dont see how to place that widget on a different page. Or, I’m trying to use Gutenberg and don’t see how to set a cover image full width like a Hero Image.

Can I get some help?

Good morning

Jumbotron section in our theme is available only on the homepage for other pages you cant use it, for this you have to use third-party page builders like beaver or element or visual composer
