Full width post featured image

My english in not good but i try to explain my issue

I try to create a full width post with a featured image (1920x550) but when i see the preview, the featured image is still in 750x410px

any tips? (see attachment)

Hi there!

first of all, great theme! really slick designed and perfect base for customizing.

Ive got sort of the same issue as effeslash. Im trying to get an image full-page width on my homepage, just as is showed on the sparkling website (see attachm + my version). Not sure if that if set as posts feature image.

I tried custom Css formatting with adjusting image post width 100% but wasnt succesful sadly. Is there a code somewhere - that im unable to find - that restrains full page width?

i don’t understand.

if i removed the featured image the page still works

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_product() in /home/effeslas/public_html/wp-content/themes/sparkling/functions.php on line 426

It’s the known issue which occurs when Woocommerce plugin is not activated on the site. The issue will be resolved in the theme ASAP.

In the meanwhile to resolve the issue could you please try using the attached child theme of Sparkling theme that contains some custom code?

Ok i’ve fixed all. Now it works but the original problem persists (see the attachment)

You can make the featured image full width on full width page by using the attached child theme of Sparkling theme.
