I hope you are doing well today.

I would like to start by saying thank you for this awesome free WordPress theme. Even though there are a few minor issues, your software works great and your Support Forum does an excellent job by filling in all the blanks.

As mentioned in the title of this topic, I am contacting you to inquire about the theme’s compliance with the new GDPR regulation, because I am trying to optimize my Cookies & Privacy statement.

I believe your theme is ‘‘responsive’’ and, as such, it adapts to the size of the device on which it is loaded. Please let me know if your theme uses cookies, tracking technology or any other software that my require that I update my Cookies & Privacy statement. I have read all 20 pages on this Forum dedicated to this theme, yet I could not find anything on this topic.

Yes, the theme uses cookies but not anything else, basically this question is not only about the theme when we talking about WordPress site, but you also have to consider many other questions as well, please check this link for more detailed information:
